A Deal Desk Manager with over 10 years experience working Deal Desk in Enterprise and SaaS Sales.

 

 I strive to support Sales' creativity and help restructure any deals to make them accountable for booking, while maximising ARR and Term length.

​Originally born in Bermuda, Brynli grew up and lived in Costa Rica for 25 years!

  • ​Always passionate about the Hospitality and Service industry, the dream of one day running my own hotel was put on pause while I ​have been growing in the tech scene and travelling the world.

It may have been years of experience, or it may have been the Gift of the Gab that was bestowed upon me after kissing the Blarney Stone in Southern Ireland, but I seem to have a knack for communicating with people - the easygoing and the difficult alike - and I love to bring my patience and negotiation skills to the fast-paced role of DealDesk wherever I work!

The key to communicating with sales I have found can be summed up in 3 words:

Repetition, Repetition, Repetition!

Multilingual and International Mindset

The ease to effectively talk to both internal customers (Sales) and external customers (Clients) across continents has aided me in building a strong network wherever I have worked and I consider myself fortunate to still be in touch with many from previous roles and companies.

Applying conventional tactics of asking Why? and How? questions to approach a What? Scenario, I try to understand the full picture holistically. This coupled with explanations for pushbacks and alternative options has helped me quickly build trust with the Sales team.

Growing up in Costa Rica I quickly became bilingual (Eng-Spa), have picked up conversational French and have even put my Portunol (Por-Spa) to the test successfully with Brazilians during my travels!


I have always been surrounded by international friends and colleagues, which has given me the opportunity to be immersed in many cultures and languages, empowered by my love of travel

Over the last 10 years, I have built my career on one simple principle: Work smarter.

 

I know it sounds cliché, but I’m consistently the person on the team who looks for inefficient procedures and policies, finds ways to streamline them, and strives to boost the productivity of the Deal Desk and Sales team through ongoing enablement and sharing of knowledge.

When I'm not structuring deals with Sales teams, I like to keep myself entertained with Adventure Sports and side projects like a Puzzle Lamp business and continue adding to my expertise as a certified Massage Therapist
